We have a team having varied experience in civil, criminal and arbitration disputes. We have been involved in advising and representing our clients in the field of Infrastructure & Construction such as road construction projects, hydel power projects, oil & gas exploration projects, railways infrastructure projects etc. In addition to the aforesaid we have represented our clients in large stake commercial matters involving Insurance Law, Company Law, Insolvency Law, Competition Law, Intellectual Property, Technology Law, Maritime Law, Property Law etc before the arbitral tribunals (both domestic and international), High Courts, and Supreme Court of India. In addition, we have been involved in advising our clients on varied aspects relating to the aforestated fields including contractual, transactional, and general & corporate law. We bring with us extensive experience in handling disputes arising out of varied aspects of criminal law at all forums. In addition our criminal law practice includes white-collar crimes, money laundering etc.

Our Experience

Dispute Resolution

We handle Conciliation, Litigation and Arbitration across various industries. We provide assistance in the resolution of Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Law disputes through litigation in the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts in India and several other courts and tribunals (including NCLT, NCLAT, National Green Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunals) and conduct arbitrations, mediations and negotiations on behalf of clients. We assist clients in determining a dispute resolution strategy and also in advising them on litigation risks involved in their matters, endeavouring to safeguard and promote their best interests. Our practice also involves appearing before specialised tribunals and courts for banking matters, insurance, insolvency, intellectual property and regular property matters.

We also assist clients in drafting necessary pleadings and statements, liaising with specialized counsel and regularly attending hearings in various courts along with specialised counsel. We assist in multi-jurisdictional arbitration matters governed by various rules including those of the ICC, UNCITRAL, Singapore Court of International Arbitration and London Court of International Arbitration. We also assist in arbitration proceedings seated within and outside India governed by Indian law.
